This hybrid event on 3rd February 2025 in Tirana, Albania, will bring together distinguished speakers and experts to explore critical topics in EU funding, innovation ecosystems, and sustainability. The program includes high-level panel discussions on Digital Transformation, Tourism and the Green Economy, followed by hands-on training sessions focused on Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe project development.

Program Overview:
Built on extensive practical experience, this training adopts a 100% practice-driven approach to address the intricacies of managing EU-funded projects. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of EU funding instruments, project design, and management through hands-on exercises, bilateral consulting sessions, and expert-led guidance.
Key areas of focus include:
- Access to finance and available funding opportunities under Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe.
- Understanding business opportunities for education, digitalization, green projects, and circular economy initiatives.
- Navigating the project lifecycle, from proposal development to implementation and final reporting.
Course Components:
- Intensive one-day training sessions.
- Bilateral consulting: 40 hours of proposal development (10 weeks, 4 h per week).
- Training Handbook for those who will be present 17th February.
