Andrijana is a highly accomplished business leader, ambassador, entrepreneur, and innovator with a strong focus on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
She is based in Tokyo, Japan where she has spent more than 18 years of her career. She holds a Phd in Cinema and Media Studies, an Executive MBA from Fox School of Business, and an Honorary Doctorate from the European University. Andrijana served as the youngest and first Macedonian Ambassador to Japan from 2014-2018.
Her career is centered around five key areas: Industry 4.0, disruptive innovation, AI and talent development, and promoting diversity policies and inclusive work environments. She is fluent in Japanese, English, Macedonian, Serbian, and Russian, and has lived and worked internationally for over three decades, including in senior executive roles in strategy, business development, A.I., and public relations.
She has also served as a strategic advisor to several executives in Japan and currently sits on the board of a listed Japanese corporation. Andrijana is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and gender equality, and has organized and participated in numerous initiatives to promote these causes.
